The newly developed Laneway provides a high profile linkage to Lee Road and as a result, 276 Gloucester Street is effectively now a key corner location in Tardadale with pedestrian traffic flows expected to be one of the highest on Gloucester Street. The upgraded Laneway allows direct access to 280  rear carparks and has now become the carpark of choice in Taradale. Carpark upgrade works are currently in progress including the upgrade of public amenities and new bus-stops.
